Getting it done!!!!

So I know I have not been on here in a few days but i have been doing good!!! =) I have walked an average of 6000 steps each day..plus the gym..home workouts and eating healthy!!  I am really hoping that I am 200 lbs at my weigh-in this week!!  Thanks for all the support!!!!! <3

Back on track!!!!

Took the weekend off...While at the gym on friday I hurt myself on a silly elliptical that had a major incline. I had no idea this machine had this incline until Saturday when I woke up and couldn't walk!! LOL  Oops!!!

So i am back on track today!! Put some IcyHot on my legs and went back to the gym!! Did good today!! 8431 steps....500 calories and 4 miles walked today!!! =) Yipee!!!  Hopefully the weight keeps coming off!!

I rock.....

12780 steps today!!! =) and  700 calories burned today!!! yipee!!!!!!  That elliptical kicks my butt!!! but in a good way!!! I can't wait until my 3 week weigh in!!!

1 week!!!! =)

1 week down!!!! =) 

Tuesday I went to the gym and had almost 8000 steps plus burned alot of calories!!! The elliptical is key to getting lots of steps!! =) Plus it kicked my butt!! But the gym was fun with friends!!

Wednesday was busy for me so only 1 workout and 5000 steps!! Still as long as I do something...that's all that matters!!!

Doing awesome with healthy eating!! I LOVE to eat tortilla pizza's!! yumm on a wheat tortilla with a little pizza sauce...some turkey pepperoni and a little cheese. tastes just like the real thing!! Still am also soda free!!! yipee!!!

Just got done with Jillian (by the way today is the first day that it didn't KILL me to workout!!) now off to walk!!

P.S. If my scale is right...I lost 5 pounds this week!!

Even my butt muscles are sore.....

Every inch of my body is so sore!!! But in 3 weeks when I get on that scale and see what I have accomplished I will jump for joy!!  =) 

Of course I did Jillian's workout today and walked on the treadmill. Oh and I bought an Elliptical!!! =)  So I will start that this week too!!!! Yippeeeeeee

4026 steps today...407 calories burned...2.03 miles Going to the gym tomorrow!!!!

Oh Jillian how I hate you!!!!

Jillian Michaels you make my body hurt so bad....but I know it is good for me!! =) While I stare at your face for 20 horrible minutes each day I hate you but afterwords when I feel healthier I guess I love you!!

Ate good today...burned about 600 calories...walked 6965 steps and 3.51 miles!! Pretty good. 

I hope it is working!! =) and that I am doing it right!!

Day 3!!

Day 3...day 2 of working out with Jillian's 30 day shred. My body is so sore but I know thats a good thing!  With each day it will get easier.

Didn't have time to walk as much today so only 2 and a half miles and 5339 steps. I have no idea how people can walk 10,000 steps in a day!! I walk and walk and don't even get close!! It is crazy!

Super tired tonight...spent the evening at the hospital with a friend so I am off to bed!! Until tomorrow....
