1 week!!!! =)

1 week down!!!! =) 

Tuesday I went to the gym and had almost 8000 steps plus burned alot of calories!!! The elliptical is key to getting lots of steps!! =) Plus it kicked my butt!! But the gym was fun with friends!!

Wednesday was busy for me so only 1 workout and 5000 steps!! Still as long as I do something...that's all that matters!!!

Doing awesome with healthy eating!! I LOVE to eat tortilla pizza's!! yumm on a wheat tortilla with a little pizza sauce...some turkey pepperoni and a little cheese. tastes just like the real thing!! Still am also soda free!!! yipee!!!

Just got done with Jillian (by the way today is the first day that it didn't KILL me to workout!!) now off to walk!!

P.S. If my scale is right...I lost 5 pounds this week!!
