Day 3...day 2 of working out with Jillian's 30 day shred. My body is so sore but I know thats a good thing! With each day it will get easier.
Didn't have time to walk as much today so only 2 and a half miles and 5339 steps. I have no idea how people can walk 10,000 steps in a day!! I walk and walk and don't even get close!! It is crazy!
Super tired tonight...spent the evening at the hospital with a friend so I am off to bed!! Until tomorrow....
